It was announced on last night’s episode of 205 Live that NXT Star Buddy Murphy will be debuting next week as part of the brands WWE Cruiserweight Title Tournament. You can see the announcement from WWE embedded in the tweet below:

It had previously been reported by Ryan Satin of Pro Wrestling Sheet that NXT Star Lio Rush would be getting called up for the Cruiserweight Tournament, however WWE announced Buddy Murphy to fill that spot instead.
Hearing from a source who has been reliable in the past that there’s been talk of putting Lio Rush in the 205 Live cruiserweight tournament.
