Kevin Nash On Dennis Rodman In NWO: He Was In His Carmen Electra Phase, I Could See How Phil Jackson Had A Problem With That

Kevin Nash comments on Rodzilla.

In 1997, in the middle of winning NBA Championships and being one of the most talked about athletes, Dennis Rodman would surprisingly make the jump to WCW where he would join the NWO and compete at the Bash at the Beach event alongside Hulk Hogan.

During an episode of Kliq This, Kevin Nash was asked about what it was like to work with Rodman, here are his full comments below.

“He was chill. He was one of those guys that, I think when you got alone with him and talked to him, he was just a quiet [guy]. Wasn’t nothing outrageous,” Nash said.

“I think the Zen Master, I mean, [Rodman] was in his Carmen Electra phase. He left, didn’t go to practice and smoked Cuban cigars with us, so I could see how Phil might have a problem with that,” Nash said.

Rodman and Hogan would go on to win with each other before Rodman went on to win another historic championship with Michael Jordan’s Chicago Bulls.
