PWInsider is reporting that WWE Superstar Scott Dawson will remain out of action for another 4-6 weeks, which would set his return date right around the time of the Royal Rumble. Dawson has been off WWE TV since suffering an injury to his right bicep back in August.
Dawson’s tag team partner in The Revival, Dash Wilder has also been kept off of WWE TV since July. However, Wilder has been used on WWE Main Event and worked last month’s WWE Starrcade Event losing to “The Natural” Dustin Rhodes.
It is believed that The Revival will return to WWE TV once Dawson has been cleared to return to in ring action. Prior to Dawson’s injury, the tag team had been involved in a program with The Hardy’s. But with Matt Hardy starting the WOKEN gimmick, and with Jeff Hardy still out of action as well, it is unclear what The Revival will be doing once they’re back.
