PWInsider is reporting that former WWE superstar Serena Deeb, who competed as part of WWE’s Mae Young Classic tournament over the Summer, was spotted in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania yesterday undergoing WWE pre-signing medical testing.
It has been noted that WWE expressed an interest in bringing her back to the company lately. It will be interesting to see if she will make an appearance in the 30 Woman Royal Rumble Match on January 28th.
Serena is best known for her role as a member of CM Punk’s Straight Edge Society. It was reported that back in August of 2010 that Deeb was released from the WWE for not portraying the “straight edge” lifestyle while in public, or breaking kayfabe if you will.
