As has been reported earlier this week, WWE Superstar Alicia Fox suffered a broken tailbone during walkthroughs before this past Sunday’s Royal Rumble PPV.
The injury cause her to miss participating in the first-ever women’s Royal Rumble Match, as well as her spot in the ongoing Mixed Match Challenge Series. Fox had been announced as Goldust’s partner, and with her being pulled from the tournament Goldust was in need of a new partner.
Towards the end of Tuesday’s episode of WWE’s Mixed Match Challenge an announcement was made as to who would be replacing Fox as Goldust’s partner. Absolution member Mandy Rose has been named Goldust’s new partner, and the two will be taking on Jimmy Uso & Naomi on next Tuesday’s episode.
The winner of that match will go on to face Braun Strowman & Alexa Bliss on week eight of the Mixed Match Challenge tournament.
