Dave Meltzer recently discussed the Madison Square Garden card scheduled for March 15th. He went on to explain that the pairing up of Elias and Bayley could indicated a heel turning coming in the near future.
“WWE sent the card for Madison Square Garden and one of the matches on the Madison Square Garden card on March 16th is John Cena & Nikki Bella vs. Bayley & Elias, which sounds like Bayley may be going heel.
So perhaps the Bayley/Sasha thing will be Bayley turning and not Sasha… Maybe. Or they don’t know what they are doing and they needed.. I don’t even know why. Why you would have Bayley team with Elias?”
Bryan Alvarez has recently suggested that the angle being run with Sasha and Bayley could be setting up a swerve that would end up having Bayley turn heel, not Sasha, even though Sasha has been portraying a more heelish character lately on WWE Programming.
It should also be worth pointing out that Sasha and Bayley have began engaging in a twitter war over the weekend. This also could further indicate that they are building towards something more going down between the two in the future.
