In regards to Kurt Angle’s rumored match at WrestleMania 34, Justin Barrasso of Sports Illustrated reported Kurt Angle as one of the possible names to team with Ronda Rousey at WrestleMania. The Twitter account @WrestleVotes is reporting instead that Kurt Angle is more likely to wrestle Seth Rollins in a singles match.
“Regarding Rousey and Mania: WWE wanted The Rock as her partner, obviously. Whether he’s doing it or not, we’ll find out. The other choice was initially Angle but it looks like that changed. Source says Rollins vs Angle more likely. If no Rock, Strowman’s name has been discussed.”
As has been previously noted, a majority of the “key” WrestleMania 34 matches should start their builds after the Elimination Chamber PPV, from we will be able to gather more insight as to what plans WWE has for Wrestlemania.
