Blood & Piledrivers Banned During WrestleMania Week?
It appears as though that blood and piledrivers are not permitted in during WrestleMania week.
According to a report by Post Wrestling‘s John Pollock, the Louisiana Boxing & Wrestling Commission confirmed that there will be no blood or piledrivers allowed during any wrestling events happening over WrestleMania week in New Orleans.

I spoke with a member of the Louisiana Boxing & Wrestling Commission today and they confirmed that blood and piledrivers are prohibited on professional wrestling shows, regarding WrestleMania Week shows in and around New Orleans – will have info in news update @POSTwrestling

Another interesting note regarding WrestleMania week and all the events included, independent talent David Starr tweeted the following to all performers planning on wrestling in the New Orleans area for WrestleMania weekend:
**ATTENTION PRO WRESTLERS PERFORMING IN NEW ORLEANS FOR WRESTLEMANIA WEEKEND**
The state of Louisiana requires that you have blood tests, no older than 6 months prior to performing, showing negative results for HIV, Hepatitis B & Hepatitis C.
Make sure you your get blood work!

Dear all independent pro wrestling fans going to NOLA this year,
Understand that Louisiana doesn’t allow for anything remotely close to death match wrestling. Hell, piledrivers are banned there (#JerryLawlerRule).
