WWE Planning A Heel Turn For Seth Rollins Soon?
On this past Monday’s episode of WWE Monday Night RAW, Seth Rollins competed in a 7 man gauntlet match lasting one hour and five minutes in the match scoring pinfalls over Roman Reigns and John Cena. Rollins set the record for longest time spent ever in a match on RAW.
In the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Dave Meltzer reports that WWE booked the match the way they did in order to help build Rollins up. With Jason Jordan being out for an unknown period of time due to a neck injury this leaves Rollins role for WrestleMania 34 unclear. However, WWE has been planting seeds that Rollins will have a large role for the remainder of 2018.
With the belief that there is a shortage of top level heels on the RAW brand, WWE could be planning to turn Rollins heel again soon and have him feud with Roman Reigns following WrestleMania 34 for the Universal Championship.
