Update On WWE Monday Night RAW’s Live Feed Abruptly Ending Last Night
As was reported late Monday night, after Kurt Angle announced the triple threat match for the Intercontinental Title at WrestleMania 34, during the graphics package hyping the match the live feed for RAW abruptly cut off.
What happened was the feed from RAW abruptly ended and the beginning intro for USA Networks special “Unsolved: Who killed Biggie and Tupac?” began airing before the final segment with Paul Heyman and Roman Reigns even started. Eventually the mistake was realized by someone in the production department and the the feed was cut back live to the arena in Milwaukee for RAW, however by the time the mistake was realized Paul Heyman had already begun his promo and was in mid-sentence halfway down the ramp.
To update last night’s screw up during the conclusion of the segment WWE had been hyping all night, it appears as though only “cord cutters” are the ones who experienced issues with their live feed of Monday Night RAW. There have been reports from individuals who use the streaming services Playstation Vue, Hulu’s Live Streaming, Sling TV and other “cord cutting” services that they all experienced issues with their live feed dropping out.
However there have not been reports that we know of from anyone that use traditional cable or satellite providers having issues with last night’s live feed of WWE Monday Night RAW.
It is not clear as to whether this was an issue on the USA Network’s end, or on WWE Production’s end. If any more information becomes known regarding last night’s screw up we will keep you posted.
