Speculation As To Why Ronda Rousey Was Not On Monday’s Episode Of RAW
On today’s edition of Wrestling Observer Radio, during the discussion regarding Ronda Rousey’s absence from last night’s RAW, Dave Meltzer speculates that the reason WWE left Rousey off of this week’s show was because they could have had nothing planned or scripted for Stephanie McMahon.
“A lot of people were upset because both Ronda Rousey and Brock Lesnar were not on the show. Ronda Rousey is suppose to be on every single RAW and by week two she’s not. Whatever the reason is, I don’t know. With Ronda, they didn’t have a spot for her. I am guessing probably because they had nothing written for Stephanie, and without Stephanie there is no reason for Ronda. So she wasn’t there.”
As was previously reported, Ronda Rousey has been pulled from the next two RAW’s leading up to WrestleMania 34. Rousey will only be appearing on the April 2nd, go-home episode of RAW from the Philips Arena in Atlanta, Georgia, six days before WrestleMania 34.
