Hulk Hogan will be attending the premiere of HBO & WWE’s documentary on Andre the Giant. This will be Hogan’s first WWE-related event since he was fired from the company back in 2015.
It was reported yesterday that WWE and Hulk Hogan were in discussions about a possible return to the company in some capacity, so the timing of this announcement is rather interesting.
WWE issued a statement yesterday saying, “We have had discussions with Terry Bollea (aka Hulk Hogan) about how he can help others learn from his mistakes, however, he is not under any contract with WWE.”
The premiere of the Andre the Giant HBO Documentary will be held next Thursday night, March 29th in Los Angeles, California. Hulk Hogan was interviewed for the documentary, which takes a look at Andre the Giant’s life and wrestling career.
