It was officially announced yesterday that IMPACT Wrestling has released Alberto El Patron from the company.
El Patron was a no-show for the IMPACT Wrestling vs. Lucha Underground event that would have saw him compete in the main event alongside Pentagon Jr. against the team of Austin Aries and Fenix. No explanation was given at the time for El Patron’s absence, but reports came out that stated that El Patron was in New Orleans, and had been seen walking around Bourbon Street by fans.
IMPACT Wrestling sent out a tweet Saturday afternoon officially announcing that the had released Alberto El Patron from the company. You can see IMPACT’s tweet embedded below:
