It was announced yesterday by WWE that Elias was set to participate in the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal on the WrestleMania 34 Kickoff Pre-show.
It now appears as though Elias was pulled from the match, as he was not one of the 30 men in the ring for the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal on tonight’s Pre-Show.
It was originally rumored that Elias would be involved in a non-wrestling segment on the WrestleMania 34 card, and it had been speculated that it would be a musical segment that could possibly involve The Rock as well as Jeff Jarrett whose name had also been mentioned. It was assumed the segment was nixed when Elias was added to the Battle Royal, but now that he has been pulled from the match it could mean that his segment is back on.
