It had been rumored that WWE Superstar Carmella would possible cash in her Money in the Bank briefcase at either WrestleMania or the SmackDown LIVE the Tuesday after.
Well, tonight that came to be as Carmella cashed in her Money in the Bank Briefcase after the debuting Iconic Duo brutally attacked and laid out WWE SmackDown Women’s Champion Charlotte. Carmella begged for the ref to make the call and cash in the case and start the match, only to have him take his time allowing Charlotte the chance to finally make it to her feet before he rang the bell.
With one quick motion, Carmella rushed in and delivered a stiff kick to the jaw of Charlotte dropping her, and scoring the pinfall victory to become the NEW SmackDown LIVE Women’s Champion.
