Is IMPACT Wrestling Interested In Former WWE Cruiserweight Champion Enzo Amore?
With news coming out earlier today that the investigation and case against former WWE Superstar Enzo Amore has been dropped due to lack of evidence, it has started to fuel discussion of where the former Cruiserweight Champion could find work next.
Don Callis participated in a conference for IMPACT Wrestling earlier today. During the call Callis was asked about the possibility of bringing Enzo Amore to IMPACT, to which Callis replied with “Never say never.” He then went on say that they have a long term plan for talent, how they engage with them, and in terms of who is going to be on their roster, and so on.
Regarding the possibility of Enzo Amore being brought to IMPACT Wrestling, Callis said:
“Never say never. You evaluate talent based on need and what you’re looking to do. We have a long term plan for how we engage with talent in terms of who’s gonna be on the roster, what roster spots we need filled, etcetera. It’s not as much of a random thing. So, um, ya know … as with any other talent, I think time will tell.”
