WWE Superstar Carmella, who is the current SmackDown Women’s Champion, responded to a fan who recently commented on her allegedly low WWE salary, saying that she only makes $120,000 a year.
The exchange started after Carmella posted a tweet referencing her first class flight she was boarding, which drew the fan’s response regarding her salary.

She’s not rich, she only makes 120k a year. One of the lowest on the payroll. I’m sure she makes a little more as champ but she’s still pretty low.

The Mirror reported that Carmella earns $120,000 a year, but that was before she became the Women’s Champion. Carmella cashed in her Money in the Bank contract on April 10th, then she became Smackdown Champion, and it usually comes with perks.
Carmella seemingly shot down the Mirror’s report alluding that she makes way more that the reported $120,000 per year.
