WWE Smackdown Women’s Champion Carmella spoke with Telegram, and Carmella explained: “Why she loves to play the character of a villain.”
“It’s so much more fun. I love it. I love to be talky and tell everyone how good I am. I can kind of relate to that just a little bit. In everyday life it’s not something I would normally do, but there’s a little bit of the real Carmella inside of Carmella.”
Carmella explains that she loves to play heel because it brings out the REAL Carmella inside of her.

There’s no doubt that her smack talk attracted so many wrestling fans when no one was paying attention to the Women’s wrestling. Carmella character is unique, and it’s fun to watch her talk than see her wrestle in the ring.
