Sanity Makes Their Main Roster Debut
Sanity made their main roster debut last night at a house show in Waco, Texas.
Alexander Wolfe and Eric Young lost via DQ against the Good Brothers after Killian Dain interfered in the match. This is their first match on the main roster for Wolfe and Young, but not the first appearance on the main roster for Dain as he was in the Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal at Wrestlemania 33.
Author’s Take:
WWE has screwed up a lot of debuts, and this is yet another one. Debuts and returns should not be at house shows and be on TV because it makes it bigger and more people see it. Having this debut on a house show gurantees they will be here soon on TV, which makes it more predictable.
Sanity was my favorite tag team in NXT and I believe they will shine on the main roster. We could see them interfere in the tag team championship match at MITB between the Club and the Bludgeon Brothers, that would be a great way to debut and get right in the mix of things. Expect great things from Sanity in the future.
