WWE RAW Superstar Receiving Push
As we saw on last night’s episode of WWE Monday Night RAW, it appears as though company officials have decided to give Mojo Rawley a push.
Mojo’s character has been tweaked slightly, as he no longer is the fun loving “hype bro”, and is now being presented as a more intense, serious, and focused wrestler on the RAW roster. Last night Mojo wrestled No Way Jose, and won the match in dominating fashion. After the match Rawley cut a promo reiterating that he is no longer about being hype, but is now about being focused.
Mojo Rawley’s apparent push which began on last night’s RAW was discussed on the latest episode of Wrestling Observer Radio. Regarding Mojo’s new attitude and push, Dave Meltzer said:
“Mojo won which tells me that they decided they’re going to give him a chance. I don’t know how many weeks it will last but they decided this week. And he’s got a new finishing move, it’s a fireman’s carry and then he just drops the dude.”
We saw a glimpse of this new attitude and character from Mojo during his short feud last year with Zack Ryder. While it isn’t known how long the experiment of pushing Mojo will last, but it appears as though the company has decided to give him a chance.
