We know that The New Day’s Big E and Kofi Kingston never got the push they needed during their singles run. However, many rumors are circulating that The New Day teammates are going to get a singles push on Smackdown Live.
Kofi Kingston: If you have watched Money in the Bank 2018, then you know that Kofi Kingston was the man who participated in the match. However, he did not leave the arena as Money in the Bank winner.

Big E: On this week’s Smackdown Live, Big E seemed to be getting a singles push, and was added to the #1 contender qualifying match for the WWE Championship. Big E challenged Daniel Bryan, where Big E was eventually pinned by Bryan.

I think WWE is planning to take The New Day out of tag team picture to push them in singles matches. There’s no doubt that The New Day earned the right to get singles push on Smackdown Live. I cannot wait to see anyone of the The New Day teammates aiming to become the next WWE Champion.
