PWInsider has reported that Randy Orton was seen in a Birmingham, Alabama and that he is currently focusing on recovering from knee surgery.
Orton said that he has needed knee surgery since 2017, but that he had to delay the surgery because of scheduling issues, and because he wanted to be part of Wrestlemania.

Randy Orton doesn’t have to rush into things because he has to make his WWE in-ring return a big-time storyline. Orton has the veteran status, and he has to make sure that his return creates memorable moments. Orton returned to the ring in 2016 after recovering from an injury, and he challenged Brock Lesnar at Summerslam 2016.
