What’s the story?
JBL threatened Guerrero’s mother that led to a match between (WWE Champion) JBL and Eddie. However, at Judgment Day, JBL managed to defeat Guerrero via disqualification. It wasn’t a clean fight, which the WWE universe realized it, so the officials gave Eddie another shot at the WWE Championship, but unfortunately, JBL retained the WWE Championship at The Great American Bash.
