Chelsea Green, former TNA Knockouts Champion and Luca Underground talent, has been spotted at the WWE Performance Center today during tryouts.
Green is no stranger to the WWE having competed on Tough Enough where the Canadian starlet took home fourth place for the females. She also played a HUGE role in the Brie Bella/Stephanie McMahon feud back in 2014.
Green stared as Megan Miller, Daniel Bryan’s physical therapist. As Miller, Green confessed that she was having an affair with Bryan, which caused Brie to slap Stephanie in the ring – leading to Stephanie and Brie’s match at Summerslam 2014.
Of course if you’ve been paying attention to Chelsea’s career of late this wouldn’t be a shock to you. Earlier this year, the same night she won the TNA Knockout Championship she asked for her release from the company. She’s also been dating Zack Ryder for a while now, with the two even sharing two cats per Chelsea’s Instagram posts. There has been significant chatter that it’s a matter of WHEN not IF Chelsea gets signed by the WWE. Today seems like the first step on that path.
