Former WWF Champion and current RAW General Manager Kurt Angle thought WWE was before he became a wrestler in the World Wrestling Federation. RAW General Manager Kurt Angle held a Q&A session on his official Facebook page and revealed what he thinks about professional wrestling now.
“Q: Kurt, did you ever during (yo)ur career think this is what you would be doing today?
Kurt Angle: No. Not until early 1999 did I think I’d be a sports entertainer. I never watched the product until then. I was told as an amateur wrestler to NEVER watch WWE. Because Olympic Wrestling was legit and WWE was fake. I was dead wrong. WWE is the toughest thing I’ve ever done in my career. But I’ve enjoyed every minute.”
