More reports continue to come out regarding the death of former WWE Superstar Brian Christopher Lawler, son of Jerry “The King” Lawler earlier today after his apparent suicide Saturday night by hanging. One of which reveals that this was not the first Brian Christopher had attempted suicide.
On the latest episode of Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer reported that Brian had previously attempted ti kill himself about three or four years ago.
Brian’s struggle with sobriety has been well documented in the past. As has his issues that came from having to always live in the shadow of his Hall of Fame father. He had battled drug addiction throughout the majority of his life with many attempts to go clean, however never really being truly clean when it came down to “true sobriety”.
