WWE Starting To Cave On Daniel Bryan’s Demands After He Opts Not To Sign Latest Offer?
WWE Superstar Daniel Bryan’s contract with the company is reportedly expiring soon, and he has not yet signed a new deal, having turned down the most recent offer that was on the table a couple weeks back..
It was reported by our friend Joseph Peisich on the No Holds Barred podcast, that WWE offered Daniel Bryan a new contract a couple weeks back on the Sunday of Extreme Rules, and that Bryan did not sign it. Bryan’s current contract with WWE expires on September 1st, and he would then officially become a “free agent”.
In an update to the original report, it is being said that WWE was not happy that Bryan chose not to sign the latest deal offered. In the latest issue of The Wrestling Observer Newsletter, it was noted that WWE has apparently decided to give in to Bryan’s request for a lighter schedule. Bryan has been removed from some of the recent and upcoming WWE Live Event/house shows to lighten his load. The report also stated that WWE is “working with him on that”.
With this being the final month of Daniel Bryan’s contract, and WWE apparently now looking to be more flexible with giving into some of his demands, like a lighter schedule, it will be interesting to see when another offer is presented what decision he makes.
