Last week reports came out involving WWE Superstar Randy Orton and allegations of sexually inappropriate behavior backstage with newly hired writers.
The Orton situation was discussed on the recent episode of the No Holds Barred podcast, Joseph Peisich stated that the story about Randy Orton’s inappropriate behavior is “bigger than we know”. It was also noted that following last night’s SmackDown LIVE in Greenville, SC that there was a meeting backstage with Orton regarding the allegations against him.
Regarding the Randy Orton allegations, Peisich said:
“Furthermore about Randy Orton, I don’t know if because let’s face it, it’s the second-biggest pay-per-view week. I don’t know if anything will be done this week to Randy Orton. If anything will be done it may be after SummerSlam.”
It was also added by Brad Shepard that he spoke with a source inside WWE, and that his source stated that he was unaware of Randy Orton actually doing what he has been accused of doing. It was also said that the situation has been “blown out of proportion”, and that “there is more than meets the eye” to it.
