It appears as though there was an injury to WWE Superstar and one half of the SmackDown LIVE Tag Team Champions Rowan during The Bludgeon Brothers title defense against The New Day at SummerSlam on Sunday, according to a report from PWInsider.
WWE held a SmackDown Live Event on Monday in Atlantic City, NJ and it was noted that Rowan was not at the event. The report stated that Rowan was absent from the event so he could have his injury evaluated.
The report also stated that the word going around amongst some of the WWE talents on Monday is that Rowan may have suffered an injury to his bicep. However, that has yet to be confirmed.
It remains to be seen what this means for the SmackDown LIVE Tag Team Titles.
