(Segment 1) Miz and Maryse Kick Off Smackdown Live: They kicked off Smackdown Live trolling people that Miz retired but Miz just said he’s retiring from fighting Daniel Bryan. Bryan then came out and called Miz a coward. They mouthed off for a little until Brie came down and beat up Miz, then Miz was thrown out of the ring. Daniel announced at Hell In A Cell it will be him and Brie vs Miz and Maryse.
(Segment 2) Jeff Hardy vs Randy Orton: This match didn’t last that long and had little action. It ended in DQ and Orton won. Hardy attacked Randy after he low blowed him. Jeff beat him all around the arena and showed an old side of him. Hardy hit the Swanton Bomb on Orton thru a table in the tech area off stage boxes.
(Segment 3) Peyton Royce vs Naomi: I didn’t expect this match to be good and could care less about it. Royce picked up the win over Naomi.
(Segment 4) Becky Lynch Explains Herself: Becky says she put the division on the market and made it something She is the cornerstone of the Smackdown Live Women’s Division. This brought us into the second hour of Smackdown Live. She says she’s been an afterthought and wasn’t respected. Becky also says it was supposed to be her time and spot to win. Lynch did not get booed at all, it’s going to be tough for WWE to try and turn her heel.
(Segment 5) Lana and Rusev vs Andrades ‘Cien’ Almas and Zelina Vega: I didn’t want to see this match the first time so the second time I am not that interested expect for Almas and Rusev. With help from Aiden, Rusev made Almas tap to the Accolade.
(Segment 6) AJ Styles Interview: It was a short interview as Samoa Joe put Styles to sleep with the Coquina Clutch. Nothing else happened in this interview.
(Segment 7) New Day vs Bludgeon Brothers (No DQ/Smackdown Tag Titles): After an action packed match the New Day beat The Bludgeon Brothers and became 5 time tag champs. I don’t get why they didn’t have them win on Sunday but who knows.
