Former WWE Cruiserweight Champion Neville walked out of the WWE after being unhappy with the direction the company was taking his character. He returned home to the UK and his contract was frozen by the WWE.
There has not been much news lately of any progress in talks to bring Neville back to the company. But that make be changing soon.
According to Dave Meltzer, there actually is some news regarding Neville, but he did not elaborate. A fan asked Dave on Twitter if there was any news on Neville and if he was still under WWE contract.
Meltzer replied, “After a lot of quietness, there is news but nothing official.”
