Jason Sensation Gives Update Saying He Was Detained By Police & Hospitalized After Suicide Tweet Threatening To Kill Himself During RAW
As we reported last night, Jason Sensation, a former talent once employed by the WWE, sent out a tweet last night saying that he had snuck a gun through security at RAW and that he had planned to kill himself during the broadcast. This of course set off a panic as WWE, Toronto Police, and the Scotiabank Arena were all notified of the threat.
Measures were taken to attempt to locate Sensation in the Arena, but eventually it came out that he was never in attendance for RAW and that the tweet was his idea of a “joke”. Police were notified once again, and were sent to his home.
Jason has posted an update on his twitter account, which was deleted last night and has since been reactivated, letting people know that he had been detained by police and forced to stay at a local hospital. He apologized to everyone, especially those affected by his actions. Jason wrote:
“I’ve been detained by Police & forced to stay in the Hospital after sending out that awful, thoughtless tweet last night. I honestly wasn’t thinking strait. I am sincerely sorry & apologize to everyone & anyone this affected, especially my loved ones, @WWE & @TorontoPolice.”
