It was a night of tremendous wrestling at NJPW Destruction. In the main event, CHAOS leader Kazuchika Okada lost to Hiroshi Tanahashi. There had been a conflict in CHAOS for quite some time now. So shortly after the match concluded, Switchblade Jay White attacked The Rainmaker.
Jay White then also attacked CHAOS member YOSHI-HASHI, who had tried to rescue Okada but was unable to. White then attacked another CHAOS member, Rocky Romero and took off his chair. After the beatdown, Okada’s longtime manager Gedo came to the ring and then went on to attack Okada with Romero’s chair, shocking the world by turning on him.
