As you probably know, WWE Superstar Sasha Bank has been dealing with an unknown injury. Banks was suddenly removed from Season 2 of WWE Mixed Match Challenge, for what is believed to be the same unknown injury. Sasha was replaced on MMC by Mickie James, and Sasha was also absent from this week’s RAW broadcast as she did not escort Bayley to the ring as she has been of late.
There have been lots of speculation and rumors going around as to what the injury that Sasha Banks is dealing with, however nothing has been stated by either WWE nor Banks regarding the situation. One thing that is known however, is that Sasha is unable to wrestle.
The situation surrounding Sasha Banks and her mystery injury was mentioned in this week’s edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, and it was noted that Banks’ injury has been a subject that has been kept quiet backstage. Their report continued by saying that their sources within WWE told them that Sasha is out of action due to a “health-related issue”.
Currently there is no word on Sasha Banks status for the upcoming all women’s WWE Evolution PPV next month, nor is there any type of timetable for her return as the specifics of her injury have not been made public.
