Drew McIntyre and Dolph Ziggler have been on a roll as Tag Team Champions. They recently successfully defended their titles against The Revival in a great match. But things might not last as was apparent from this week’s RAW, when Rollins got inside Drew’s head and asked why Ziggler was the only one getting title shots and not him.
Mike Johnson on PW Insider Elite audio said that might have been the trigger to signal the beginning of the end of the tag team. This is what he said:
It will be interesting to see if that is the beginning of — and I don’t know that it is — but if that’s the beginning of Drew McIntyre being split off from Ziggler at some point.”
It might be too soon for them to break up. But it’s not unlikely.
