Cody Rhodes and The Young Bucks have their contracts up with ROH in 2019. After that, they might get some lucrative offers from WWE. But the main question is whether they would accept the deal and come over to WWE or not.
Mike Johnson in the latest audio update of PW Insider Elite, talked about this predicament and discussed what they might end up doing. But according to him, they might not jump ship to WWE in any case. This is what he said:
“I doubt they’re moving to Florida, those guys aren’t going to the Performance Center. I think if they get signed it’s a situation like Samoa Joe where they’re just working shows. I don’t think they’re going to the Performance Center — Cody is not going to the f*cking Performance Center.”
“I think The Bucks would take that as an insult so I don’t think they’re going to the Performance Center.”
They are in no hurry to join WWE from what it looks like and that’s okay considering the many options they have at hand. But perhaps eventually they will join WWE.
