BREAKING NEWS: Conor McGregor & Khabib Nurmagomedov Suspended
It has just been announced that UFC Fighters Conor McGregor and Khabib “The Eagle” Nurmagomedov will both be temporarily suspended beginning on October 15th, 2018 according to Bob Bennett Executive Director of the Nevada Athletic Commission.
A report from ESPN states:
“Conor McGregor and Khabib “the Eagle” Nurmagomedov will be temporarily suspended on Oct. 15, according to Nevada Athletic Commission Executive Director Bob Bennett.
A hearing will take place on Oct. 24 on whether they should be indefinitely suspended pending their investigations.”

Khabib defeated McGregor this past Saturday at UFC 229 via rear naked choke. Following the fight a brawl broke out after Khabib jumped the cage and went into the crowd and attacked a member of Conor’s camp. Members from both camps then were involved in a brawl inside and outside of the cage which resulted in three members of Khabib’s camp being arrested while no charges were pressed from Conor’s camp.
