Alexa Bliss Reportedly Cleared To Compete Following Her Recent Injury
Former RAW Women’s Champion Alexa Bliss has been out of action due to an undisclosed injury, and removed from recent WWE Live events. However, Bliss has remained a prominent figure on RAW broadcasts as the company has needed her to help hype and build towards the upcoming Evolution PPV at the end of this month.
Bliss was originally scheduled to work a singles match against WWE Hall of Famer Trish Stratus, but the match was changed a few weeks back to a tag team match between herself and Mickie James against the team of Trish Stratus and Lita. It had been reported at the time that the change to the match had been made due to the injury Bliss has been dealing with. The thought process behind the move would have been that Bliss would have been able to have a lighter workload during a tag team match than she would if she was working a singles competition.
According to a new report from PWInsider, Alexa Bliss is now scheduled to work this weekend’s set of WWE Live Events. This would indicate that Alexa has been cleared to compete once again, which would mean that whatever injury she was dealing with is now okay.
