Bobby Lashley faced off against Finn Balor on RAW in a single’s match, where he lost to Balor in surprising fashion considering the momentum he had. While it can be attributed to WWE’s knack for 50/50 booking, there just might be more to it than that.
On the latest audio update of Wrestling Observer, Dave Meltzer said Lashley is working hurt but it’s unclear just how injured he is.
”There could be a reason we’ll see in a week but Lashley’s hurt. I don’t know if he’s taking any time off, but he’s hurt.”
We hope his injury isn’t anything serious that would require him to take time off from in-ring action and that he recovers soon enough.
