WWE Crown Jewel will be taking place, regardless of all the controversy surrounding it. WWE is a business and needless to say, they had a lot of options to consider before they made this decision.
Stephanie McMahon spoke to Sky News, where she explained her thoughts regarding the event. She said it was a very difficult decision that WWE had to make. In the end, it’s what was best for business. This is what she said:
Moving forward with Crown Jewel in Saudi Arabia was an incredibly tough decision, given that heinous act.”
“But, at the end of the day, it is a business decision and, like a lot of other American companies, we decided that we’re going to move forward with the event and deliver Crown Jewel for all of our fans in Saudi Arabia and around the world.”
Crown Jewel will take place in Saudi Arabia on November 2nd and will be a big event as it has a stacked card. We have to wait and see how it goes.
