Possibility Of WWE Evolution Becoming An Annual Pay-Per-View
WWE Evolution defied expectations and put on a great show for its three-hour duration that no one could complain about. The superstars truly showed what they were capable of and just proved how better women’s wrestling is now.
Albeit there has been no announcement for another event in the future by Stephanie McMahon or WWE – there just might be plans for more events down the line.
On Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer discussed the possibility of more all-women events in the future in WWE. This is what he said:
“When it was all over I was like, ‘Okay what’s the right number of shows to do like this a year?’ 1? I could see 2 even. 1 sounds more right like they’d do it but it’s got to be an annual thing. I mean it’s got to be. It just has a feel of something different and you want that.”
Bryan Alvarez mentioned WWE might be doing similar events in January or February. We will have to wait and see what becomes of this and if we will see more such events.
