Shane McMahon shocked everyone when he replaced The Miz in the finals of the World Cup tournament at WWE Crown Jewel and then went on to win the tournament, thus becoming the best in the world.
On Barnburner’s No Holds Barred podcast, Joe Peisich discussed how there are some big plans in store for Shane McMahon, who is soon to turn heel. This is what he said:
“They’re going to play this up bigtime here with Shane McMahon with the Best In The World. Shane McMahon from what I hear will have a huge, huge fight at WrestleMania — not against Baron Corbin.”
It’ll be interesting to see who will be Shane’s opponent at Wrestlemania. So we will have to wait for updates as we get closer to the event.
