Triple H To Undergo Surgery Tomorrow Morning – Shows Off Nasty Bruises From Torn Pec

As we previously reported, Triple H suffered a torn pectoral muscle during the main event tag team match between DX and The Brothers of Destruction at WWE’s Crown Jewel PPV this past Friday.

WWE made the announcement Friday, and also added that he would be leaving Saudi Arabia ahead and heading back to the United States immediately to prepare for surgery this week instead of staying on tour overseas with the rest of the roster.

Triple H posted a photo to his twitter account earlier today showing off some really nasty bruises he sustained in conjunction with the torn pec. Triple H also revealed that he will be undergoing surgery in the morning for his torn pectoral muscle.
