RAW Women’s Champion Ronda Rousey is a fan-favorite now and has shown tremendous skill and development in her craft and is always cheered. But at Survivor Series that might not be the case.
Lance Storm on Wrestling Observer Online, discussed the possibility of Ronda getting booed at Survivor Series, in her match against Becky Lynch. This is what he said:
“I don’t know if [Ronda Rousey] will remain a babyface. The Becky one is a gamble because people really like Becky. But I’m digging everything Ronda has done so far, I still want her to get her gear fixed, but I like her promos because it doesn’t feel like we’re getting we’re getting the WWE Universe-speak very much and she talks different than other and that’s the dilemma when 1 person is writing 5 people’s promos, those 5 people tend to sound the same.”
The fans are fully behind Becky Lynch as of late, despite her being a heel. So it will be interesting to see the crowd reaction when she faces Ronda Rousey. We will have to wait and see what happens.
