Bobby Lashley is currently a heel, with Lio Rush as his manager. But he wanted things differently. He spoke to Sports Bible, where he revealed that he wanted to be a heel when he made his WWE return. He was a face and barely got any reaction from the fans. This is what he said:
“The turn should’ve come when I first came back. However, I couldn’t come out as a heel when I first started because the crowd waited for me to come back and wanted me back. Now is the perfect time though, I mean we have so many top babyfaces right now guys who are established so instead of forcing them into a different role, me being there is a little bit better.”
We will have to wait and see just how good of a heel Lashley can be now and if he’ll make his way to the top eventually.
