REPORT: Victim Who Allegedly Received Nude Pictures From James Ellsworth Has Not Contacted The Police

As reported earlier, James Ellsworth allegedly sent his nude pictures to a 16-year-old girl on Snapchat.

But despite the allegations and even though the victim said she would press charges, the police have not been contacted by the victim on this matter as of yet.

According to Ringside News, Kenzie, who is the girl in question, reportedly said how she has had no contact with James Ellsworth ever since she gave the allegations against him, nor did she contact the police.

After being asked about contacting the police, she said, “It is getting considered by my family.” 

So for now, the case has yet to progress as no charges have been pressed. But it is to be assumed that developments will happen eventually. We do hope this situation is handled in the best way possible, and justice prevails.
