Fans Edit Milwaukee’s Wiki Page Claiming Last Night’s RAW As “The Death Of Pro Wrestling”
Last night’s episode of WWE Monday Night RAW from Milwaukee did not sit well with many fans who watched the show, as the show has been received as one of the worst episodes of RAW in quite some time.
Feedback online was very harsh, some even calling last night’s episode of RAW from Milwaukee the worst episode of RAW ever. The episode featured multiple matches which fans have seen over and over again over the last few months, weak segments with little to no character development, and just bad writing in general. The ratings from last night’s RAW also reflected the fans opinion as numbers dropped drastically in the third and final hour of the broadcast.
Social media and online forums/message boards were flooded with negative feedback following the conclusion of Monday’s RAW, however that was just the tip of the iceberg. A fan even took it a step further as they edited the wikipedia page for the city of Milwaukee, which was the host city of last night’s episode RAW, to reflect the feelings of the WWE Universe following such a terrible episode of the show.
The Milwaukee wiki page was edited to now state that the city was the site of a historic wrestling event in which pro wrestling died on November 26, 2018. We have a screen grab of the edit to the wiki page showing “the death of pro wrestling” occurring last night in Milwaukee below.
It’s only a matter of time before the edit is changed and corrected, but it currently still is up on the page.
