The Road to Wrestlemania is about to begin and WWE has a lot of options at hand, especially regarding the main event. Vince McMahon dropped a hint that Charlotte Flair might be facing Ronda Rousey in the main event of Wrestlemania.
On Oh, You Didn’t Know, Jon Fisher reported that Charlotte was told she would main event Wrestlemania 35. This is what he had to say:
“A good source told me within the last week or so that despite the booking of the TLC match with Charlotte, Asuka, and Becky Lynch before the Charlotte/ Ronda Rousey match at Survivor Series that Charlotte was told that she’d be in the main event of WrestleMania.”
Brad Shepard added that he had previously reported that the main event could a women’s triple threat match, so WWE seems to clearly intend to have a women’s match as the main event.
So far nothing is confirmed, and we have a lot of time until Wrestlemania. Plans might change anytime. So we will have to wait and see what happens.
