On this week’s RAW, Natalya challenged Ronda Rousey for her RAW Women’s title. The match would see Ronda submit her friend with an armbar. However, the match was much better than usual.
On Wrestling Observer Radio , Dave Meltzer revealed that the reason for the match being so different was due to the match being called in the ring.
“You want to know a secret about that match? Did you know that match was called 100% in the ring? Yep.”
Meltzer noted that the match “reminded me of a Chris Jericho match,” due to how the story was told in the ring.
