WWE Superstar Braun Strowman has been out of in-ring action since having to have surgery to remove bone spurs in his elbow. Strowman has since returned to TV, but has not yet been cleared to wrestle.
However, it appears as though he is making a huge step in the right direction, as he posted an updated on his instagram account earlier today.
Strowman posted a picture of himself back in the gym training with the quote, “And so it begins!!!! 8 weeks with out training has been killing me. First day back training shoulders. 25lbs at a time.
